D\u00fcr\u00fcst davran\u0131\u015f\u0131n i\u015f eti\u011finin bir gere\u011fi oldu\u011fu, her \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanda aranmas\u0131 gereken temel bir yetkinlik oldu\u011fu belirtilir. Bu davran\u0131\u015flarla, \u00f6zellikle i\u015f ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131n zorla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00f6nemlerde daha s\u0131k kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Kimi insanlar zorluklarla ba\u015f edebilmek i\u00e7in sab\u0131r ve m\u00fccadele g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc kullanmak yerine kendince ak\u0131llar\u0131n\u0131 (!) kullanarak sonu\u00e7 almak istemektedirler. Kurum k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc anlamak i\u00e7in yayg\u0131n olan davran\u0131\u015flara ve bunun arkas\u0131ndaki tutumun niteli\u011fine bakmak gerekir. Kurum d\u00fcr\u00fcstl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ger\u00e7ekte ne \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde y\u00fcceltmektedir? D\u00fcr\u00fcst olmayanlar, bu davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131ndan olay\u0131 ne \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde yad\u0131rganmakta, yarg\u0131lanmakta ve cezaland\u0131r\u0131lmaktad\u0131rlar? Di\u011fer taraftan, d\u00fcr\u00fcst davran\u0131\u015flar ne \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde tan\u0131nmakta, takdir edilmekte ve \u00f6d\u00fcllendirilmektedir? Bu sorulara verilecek cevaplar, kurumsal k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn niteli\u011fini belirtecek, kurumun \u00fcyelerinin davran\u0131\u015f normlar\u0131n\u0131n dayand\u0131\u011f\u0131 inan\u00e7 ve de\u011ferler sistemini ortaya koyacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kal\u0131c\u0131 olmak, uzun d\u00f6nemde sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ve ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 bir b\u00fcy\u00fcmeyi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmek ve rekabet\u00e7i \u00fcst\u00fcnl\u00fck elde etmek isteyen organizasyonlar, d\u00fcr\u00fcst insanlar\u0131 se\u00e7mek, onlar\u0131 d\u00fcr\u00fcst davranma konusunda e\u011fitmek, y\u00f6nlendirmek ve d\u00fcr\u00fcstl\u00fcklerine g\u00f6re de\u011ferlendirmek durumundad\u0131rlar. \u015e\u00fcphesiz, organizasyonun liderlerinin her \u015feyden \u00f6nce bu konuda \u00f6rnek olmalar\u0131, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ve davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131yla ilham vermeleri gerekir. Lider konumundaki ki\u015filerin de\u011fer yarg\u0131lar\u0131 ve davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131 t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ve davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 belirleyici olacakt\u0131r. Kendisi d\u00fcr\u00fcst olmayan bir liderin izleyicilerinden d\u00fcr\u00fcst davranmalar\u0131n\u0131 beklemesi ger\u00e7ek\u00e7i olmayacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u0130\u015f ya\u015fam\u0131nda d\u00fcr\u00fcstl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn toplumsal k\u00fclt\u00fcre ba\u011fl\u0131 oldu\u011funu da unutmamak gerekir. Ekonominin bozuldu\u011fu ve toplumun genel anlamda ahlak bunal\u0131m\u0131 ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00f6nemlerde organizasyonlarda d\u00fcr\u00fcstl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmenin kolay olmayaca\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r. Toplumun g\u00f6z\u00fc \u00f6n\u00fcnde olanlar\u0131n; kamu y\u00f6neticilerinin, politikac\u0131lar\u0131n, tan\u0131nm\u0131\u015f i\u015f insanlar\u0131n\u0131n, bilim adamlar\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fcr\u00fcstl\u00fckten uzak davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n ho\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, cezaland\u0131r\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131, hatta \u00f6d\u00fcllendirildi\u011fi toplumlarda d\u00fcr\u00fcstl\u00fc\u011fe dayal\u0131 kurum k\u00fclt\u00fcrleri olu\u015fturmak \u015f\u00fcphesiz \u00e7ok daha zor olacakt\u0131r.
