Hi\u00e7bir y\u00f6netici emrindeki insanlar\u0131n veya i\u015fbirli\u011fi yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ki\u015filerin yetenek ve arzular\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6tesinde bir ba\u015far\u0131 sa\u011flayamaz. Bu nedenle insanlar\u0131 motive etmesi, davran\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 m\u00fcessesenin yarar\u0131na g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015ftirmesi, \u00e7aba ve faaliyetlerini i\u015fe ve amaca do\u011fru y\u00f6neltmesi gerekir. Bunun i\u00e7inde yerine ve zaman\u0131na g\u00f6re onlar\u0131 inand\u0131rmas\u0131, kontrol alt\u0131nda tutmas\u0131, \u00f6d\u00fcllendirmesi ve gerekti\u011fine cezaland\u0131rmas\u0131 gerekir.<\/p>\n<p>Y\u00f6netimde insan ili\u015fkilerinin ba\u015f\u0131nda gelen insan fakt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00f6nemi ile birlikte i\u015fg\u00f6renin tutum ve davran\u0131\u015f\u0131na etki eden fakt\u00f6rler, i\u015fg\u00f6ren ili\u015fkilerini etkileyen i\u015fveren tutum ve davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131 i\u015fg\u00f6renle y\u00f6netim aras\u0131ndaki ileti\u015fim konular\u0131 da \u00f6nem kazanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>I- Y\u00d6NET\u0130MDE \u0130NSAN FAKT\u00d6R\u00dcN\u00dcN \u00d6NEM\u0130:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Birinci d\u00fcnya savas\u0131na kadar insan \u00f6\u011fesi \u00fczerinde pek durulmam\u0131\u015f, i\u015fveren ve i\u015f\u00e7iler aras\u0131ndaki ili\u015fkilerde s\u00fcrekli bir g\u00fcvensizlik oram\u0131 s\u00f6z konusu olmu\u015ftur. Sava\u015f s\u0131ras\u0131nda ve sonras\u0131nda i\u015f\u00e7i i\u015fveren temsilcilerinin ortak konularda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 g\u00fcvensizli\u011fi ortadan kald\u0131rm\u0131\u015f ve i\u015fbirli\u011fi kurma gere\u011fi ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. ; \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fcn bir sosyal sistem oldu\u011fu ve insan\u0131n sosyal sistemin en \u00f6nemli etmenini olu\u015fturdu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc geli\u015fmi\u015f ve benimsenmi\u015ftir. \u0130nsan sorunlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcretime engel oldu\u011fu ve bu nedenle de bu sorunlar\u0131n giderilmesi gere\u011fi \u00fczerinde durulmaya ba\u015flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131n ve geli\u015fmelerin sonucu olarak yeni y\u00f6netim anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 \u0130nsan ili\u015fkileri \u00fczerinde durmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130nsan ili\u015fkilerini; i\u015f\u00e7inin uygun bir i\u015fe yerle\u015ftirilmesi, i\u015f\u00e7i ile hem y\u00f6netim hem de \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma arkada\u015flar\u0131 aras\u0131ndaki iyi ili\u015fkilerin kurulmas\u0131 ve b\u00f6ylece \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma iste\u011finin artmas\u0131 sonucu \u00fcretimin y\u00fckselmesini sa\u011flanmak olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>II- Y\u00d6NET\u0130MDE \u0130\u015eG\u00d6REN TUTUMUNA ETK\u0130 EDEN FAKT\u00d6RLER<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>Tutum denilince bireyin belirli bir kimse ya da durum kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda kendine \u00f6zg\u00fc bir bi\u00e7imde tepki g\u00f6sterme e\u011filimi anlat\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Bir ba\u015fka deyi\u015fle bireyin bir ki\u015fi veya olayda tepki g\u00f6sterme durumudur.<\/p>\n<p>Bireysel tutumlar, ge\u00e7mi\u015f ya\u015fant\u0131 deneyim ve inan\u00e7lar\u0131n bir sonucudur. Tutumlara, ya\u015fan\u0131lan \u00e7evre, cinsiyet, ya\u015f e\u011fitim, ki\u015finin inan\u00e7lar\u0131 ve ki\u015fisel \u00f6zellikleri etki eder. Tutumlar\u0131 \u015fekillendiren inan\u00e7lard\u0131r. Bir i\u015fyerinde, i\u015fg\u00f6renin insanlar\u0131 sevme ve sevilme ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n doyurulmamas\u0131 uyumsuzlu\u011fa neden olur. Ne hak edilenden az, ne de \u00e7ok verilmelidir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc her iki durumda i\u015fg\u00f6ren de denksizlik duygusu yarat\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Moral:<\/strong> K\u0131saca bir insana veya insan grubuna h\u00e2kim olan iklim veya atmosferdir diyebiliriz. D\u00fc\u015f\u00fck ve y\u00fcksek moral duygular\u0131n\u0131n ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131nda en \u00f6nemli etken; belli bir grup veya ki\u015fi ile olan be\u015feri ili\u015fkilerin geli\u015ftirilmesi bi\u00e7imidir.<\/p>\n<p>Ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 ve etkili bir personel politikas\u0131 \u00f6rg\u00fctteki moral de\u011ferlerini \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde etkiler, \u0130yi bir moral i\u015fbirli\u011fi, canl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve olumsuzluklara direnmeyi sa\u011flar.
