Her bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ayr\u0131ca g\u00f6zetim yapan g\u00f6revli ile birlikte ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z performans incelemesine girmi\u015flerdir. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma sonucunda ger\u00e7ek i\u015f performans\u0131n\u0131n EQ de\u011ferlendirmesi ile, IQ de\u011ferlendirmesine g\u00f6re daha s\u0131k\u0131 ili\u015fki i\u00e7inde bulundu\u011funu ortaya \u00e7\u0131karm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Asl\u0131nda IQ de\u011ferlendirmesi, i\u015f geli\u015fimi \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm\u00fcnde %1\u2019den AZ hesaplanarak, \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmle ilgisiz \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00d6nceki tahminler i\u015f ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131nda IQ\u2019yu %20\u2019ye dek ilintili hesaplarken, \u00e7o\u011fu ara\u015ft\u0131rma bulgular\u0131 %6\u2019ya yak\u0131n bulmu\u015ftur.
