Sat\u0131\u015f Geleneksel Paradigma&#8217;da, &#8220;Al\u0131c\u0131ya bir \u015feyi yapt\u0131rmal\u0131s\u0131n\u0131z yoksa kendi kendine yapmaz&#8221; diye yorumlan\u0131r. Bu b\u00f6l\u00fcmde sat\u0131\u015f elemanlar\u0131n\u0131n sat\u0131c\u0131-al\u0131c\u0131 ili\u015fkisine yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirecek yeni ve \u00f6nemli bir y\u00f6ntem anlat\u0131l\u0131yor.<br \/>Sinerjik y\u00f6ntem, tek g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fme sonras\u0131 sat\u0131\u015f, bir ka\u00e7 kez g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fme sonras\u0131 sat\u0131\u015f gibi her t\u00fcr sat\u0131c\u0131-al\u0131c\u0131 ili\u015fkilerinde kullan\u0131labilir. \u00d6zellikle al\u0131c\u0131yla s\u00fcrekli ili\u015fkide bulunulan durumlarda kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 uygundur. Sat\u0131n almaya k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede karar verilir. Perakende sat\u0131\u015flar,&#8217; telefon sipari\u015fiyle yap\u0131lan sat\u0131\u015flar ve hizmetler, b\u00fcro e\u015fyalar\u0131 sat\u0131\u015f\u0131, baz\u0131 sigorta poli\u00e7elerinin sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 bu kapsamdad\u0131r. Bu t\u00fcr sat\u0131\u015fta \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan sat\u0131\u015f elemanlar\u0131 \u00e7o\u011funlukla standart \u00fcr\u00fcn satarlar.<br \/>Bu end\u00fcstrilerin \u00e7o\u011funda k\u0131sa bir ili\u015fkinin bile \u00e7ok \u00f6nemi vard\u0131r. Al\u0131c\u0131, sat\u0131\u015f eleman\u0131n\u0131n gereksinimlerini dinlemesini, uygun se\u00e7enekler sunmas\u0131n\u0131, kendi karar\u0131n\u0131 dayatmadan karar almas\u0131nda yard\u0131mc\u0131 olmas\u0131n\u0131 ister. Ba\u015fka bir anlat\u0131mla, al\u0131c\u0131 g\u00fcvendi\u011fi yerden al\u0131\u015fveri\u015f yapmak ister. \u0130li\u015fkinin niteli\u011fi karar verme a\u015famas\u0131nda etkili bir rol oynamakla birlikte m\u00fc\u015fteri mutlulu\u011fu i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli bir fakt\u00f6rd\u00fcr. M\u00fc\u015fteri mutlulu\u011funu \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131karan bu t\u00fcr ili\u015fki, kurumun ve sat\u0131c\u0131n\u0131n iyi isim yapmas\u0131n\u0131 ve m\u00fc\u015fterilerin s\u00fcrekli kendileriyle i\u015f g\u00f6rmesini sa\u011flar.<br \/>Sat\u0131\u015f mesle\u011finde \u00f6nemli bir yer tutan &#8220;bir defal\u0131k sat\u0131\u015f&#8221; d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesi art\u0131k de\u011fi\u015fti. Bu sat\u0131\u015f t\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn somut bir \u00f6rne\u011fi olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclen otomotiv alan\u0131nda sat\u0131\u015f yapan elemanlar\u0131n \u00e7o\u011fu, bug\u00fcn art\u0131k m\u00fc\u015fterileriyle s\u0131k\u0131 ili\u015fkiler kurman\u0131n de\u011ferini biliyor. Ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 sigortac\u0131lar i\u015flerini, iyi ili\u015fkiler kurduklar\u0131 m\u00fc\u015fterilerinin poli\u00e7elerini yenileyerek geli\u015ftirebilirler.<br \/>B\u00f6yle bir sat\u0131\u015f i\u00e7in sat\u0131c\u0131 ve al\u0131c\u0131n\u0131n etkile\u015fim i\u00e7inde olmas\u0131 gerekir. Fiyat ve teknoloji y\u00fckseldik\u00e7e bu etkile\u015fim artar. Sat\u0131\u015f elemanlar\u0131 bug\u00fcn olmasa da bir g\u00fcn sat\u0131\u015f yapabileceklerini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fckleri al\u0131c\u0131 adaylar\u0131yla ileti\u015fimlerini geli\u015ftirirler. Bu alanda sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 uzun s\u00fcreli ili\u015fkinin kurulmas\u0131na ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclmesine dayan\u0131r.<br \/>Yine ayn\u0131 alanda \u00fcr\u00fcnler ve hizmetler m\u00fc\u015fterinin gereksinimlerine g\u00f6re geli\u015ftirilmekte ve taraflar aras\u0131nda \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde bilgi ak\u0131\u015f\u0131 gerektiren yak\u0131n bir ili\u015fki kurulmaktad\u0131r. Sat\u0131\u015f, yaln\u0131zca sat\u0131\u015f eleman\u0131n\u0131 de\u011fil kurum i\u00e7inde \u00e7e\u015fitli y\u00f6netim katmanlar\u0131n\u0131 ve ki\u015fileri de i\u015flemin i\u00e7ine katar. Sat\u0131\u015f i\u015finde, t\u0131pk\u0131 evlilikte oldu\u011fu gibi, m\u00fc\u015fteriyle aran\u0131zdaki duvarlar\u0131n y\u0131k\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve &#8220;ili\u015fki y\u00f6netimi&#8221; becerilerinin kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 uzun s\u00fcreli ili\u015fkiler de vard\u0131r. \u0130ki taraf da kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131ndaki ki\u015finin i\u015finin girdi \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 iyi bilir. Art\u0131k bu t\u00fcr sat\u0131\u015fa do\u011fru bir gidi\u015f var. \u00d6zellikle kalite hareketinde, Toplam Kalite Y\u00f6netimini (TKY) \u00f6nerenler &#8220;tek kaynaktan al\u0131\u015fveri\u015f yapma&#8221;n\u0131n \u00f6nemine inanmaktalar.<br \/>Kesintisiz ili\u015fkiler, s\u00fcpermarketlerin raflar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrekli denetleyerek eksik mallar\u0131 tamamlayan \u015firketin gezici sat\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n kurduklar\u0131 ili\u015fki kadar yal\u0131n kurulabilir. Bu sat\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n kurduklar\u0131 bu t\u00fcr ili\u015fki hem toptanc\u0131 hem de perakendeci \u015firketlerin yarar\u0131nad\u0131r. Burada otomotiv imalat\u00e7\u0131s\u0131 ve bayileri aras\u0131ndaki ili\u015fki ve h\u0131zla b\u00fcy\u00fcmekte olan yeni &#8220;pazarlama a\u011f\u0131&#8221; \u00f6rnek verilebilir. Pek \u00e7ok kurumun sat\u0131\u015f toplant\u0131lar\u0131nda bu s\u00f6zc\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn, ger\u00e7ek anlam\u0131 bilinmeden ortaya at\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rd\u00fck. Asl\u0131nda Sinerjik Paradigma&#8217;n\u0131n temeli ortakl\u0131kt\u0131r. Sat\u0131c\u0131yla al\u0131c\u0131 aras\u0131ndaki ili\u015fki bu paradigma i\u00e7inde serpilir. Kar\u015f\u0131n\u0131zdaki ki\u015finin ya\u015fam\u0131nda fakl\u0131l\u0131k yaparsan\u0131z, ona katk\u0131da bulunursan\u0131z, onun i\u00e7in bir \u015feyler yapmaktan zevk al\u0131rsan\u0131z ortakl\u0131k geli\u015fir. Sat\u0131c\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn\u00fc iyile\u015ftirmesi ve al\u0131c\u0131n\u0131n bunlar\u0131 kullanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in yeni yollar aramas\u0131, b\u00f6ylece ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n etkisini ve ortak olman\u0131n de\u011ferini \u00e7o\u011faltmas\u0131d\u0131r.<br \/>Daha \u00f6nce tart\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u00fc\u00e7 sat\u0131c\u0131-al\u0131c\u0131 etkile\u015fimi i\u00e7in sat\u0131\u015f y\u00f6ntemleri de\u011fil, farkl\u0131 ko\u015fullar gerekir. Bu etkile\u015fimin her birinin Geleneksel Paradigma ya da Sinerjik Paradigma i\u00e7inde olu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 isteyip istememek sizin elinizde.
